A Texas abortion law passed last year that requires doctors to show sonograms to patients can be enforced while opponents challenge the measure in court, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday.

If the law is allowed to stand, it sets a very dangerous precedent, as doctors who are members of conservative religious groups will no doubt try to force their ideology on patients while showing them the sonogram pictures. I am hopeful SCOTUS will strike this down.
